1. Introduction and Overview
At Fan Pivot, your satisfaction with our innovative products is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges of products purchased from www.fanpivot.com (the "Site").
2. Eligibility for Return and Refund
Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your Fan Pivot accessory to initiate a return.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All original components and accessories must be included.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid order number is required to complete your return.
Non Returnable Items:
Gift cards.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at info@fanpivot.com within the eligible timeframe.
Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA number and instructions on how to send back your product. Please do not send your product back without an RMA number.
4. Shipping Returns
Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If Rejected: If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will inform you of the decision and the reason for rejection. The item may be sent back to you at your expense.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@fanpivot.com to arrange the exchange.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a Fan Pivot accessory that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@fanpivot.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
